Job Description:

Health Alliance Administrators, Inc. is looking for professionals who pride themselves on exceeding customer standards, building partnerships, and solving problems. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to be responsible for assisting our agents with managing and renewing their large group business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned agents.
  • Regularly communicate with agents to retain small group book of business.
  • Handle day-to-day inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses and solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on strategies to maintain low cost and desired benefits for group clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with small group medical benefits.
  • Proficiency in daily, active use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of small group health insurance products and services.
  • Efficiently manage the designated work lists and continually prioritize incoming requests.
  • Demonstrate, follow, and maintain knowledge of all state and regulatory guidelines.
  • Valid State of Michigan Health and Life license preferred or within 90 days of employment
