Group New Business: The deadline for December 1st effective dates is Tuesday, November 10th. Please forward all new business paperwork to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need Open Enrollment kits for meetings or new business paperwork kits, please feel free to contact one of our Agent Consultants.
Medicare Annual Enrollment Period: The 2016 Medicare Annual Enrollment Period will run through Monday, December 7th. Medicare applications should be emailed email@example.com. If you need a supply of HAP Medicare kits, please contact one of our Agent Consultants.
The deadline for 12/1 Special Election Period applications is Monday, November 30th.
Individual Open Enrollment Period: The 2016 Individual Open Enrollment Period began on Sunday, November 1st and will run through Sunday, January 31st. The deadline for 1/1 effective dates is Tuesday, December 15th.
1/1 Renewals: January renewal rates have been sent out. It is important to communicate a renewal decision – even if the group is not making a benefit change â€“ to our Renewal team. The deadline for 1/1 benefit changes is Tuesday, December 1st.
